Terms and conditions for the Bus service (outsourced)

 All the buses need to be well equipped and follow the rules and regulation
as per the RTO recommendations. Proposed change by the RTO should be
incorporated with delay.
 You shall be responsible for the entire bus facilities and services to schools.
School will not entertain any relevant query.
 You shall be responsible for Discipline on the buses. You shall be
responsible for all kinds of ill discipline/ mishappening, if any. However you
need to follow the guidelines on disciplines issued from the school.
 You shall be responsible for the all buses insurance as well as the children’s
insurance on board.
 All buses should be neat, cleaned and maintained in good conditions at all
times. School will not allow using the buses which are in bad condition at
any point of the time.
 You shall be nominating one point contact person, who should be educated
and responsible person, to coordinate with the authorities in school and
head office. He should be available for these meetings.
 It is mandatory to have bus mother and bus conductor, apart from the
driver. Kindly note School will not entertain any query related to bus staff.
 You will be responsible for the damage, if any occur on school premise.
 Pick up and drop of the children should be on time as prescribed by the
school.
 Buses should not overcrowded at any point of the time.
 You shall be answerable to the parents’ queries
 Buses (with staff) should be available to the school as per the requirement
for field trip, picnic on any day/s of the week/month.
 Any change proposed by the school should be welcomed and incorporated
time to time.
