- What certifications or evidence do you have that prove what you can do? - Which experiences or relevant credentials do you lack?
- What do you think you can do well, if not better, than anyone else? What makes you unique? - Which of your characteristics negatively affect your ability to work (e.g. being late, untidiness,

- Is there some aspect of your character that embarrasses you or makes you uncomfortable?

CONVERT (5)
Check to see if you can reduce or eliminate some weaknesses or, rather,
transform them into Strengths and maybe even into productive opportunities:
- Is there people, training, expert advice or investments that can help you?
- Are there other situations or areas in which one of your weaknesses can be transformed
into a strength?
- Are there people considered interesting and / or useful that you see in a negative light?

MATCH (6)
Start from your Strengths and check whether, by combining
one or more of the opportunities you have identified,
you can create benefits.
Which scenario or opportunity is the easiest and fastest
for you to implement?

- Are there examples of other people, maybe in other countries, who are successful in your field? - Are there changes in legislation that affect your geographical area or business sector?
- Do you have know any influencers? Are you part of an important network in your industry? - Do you expect the sector in which you work to face an increase in costs in the short and medium term?
- What networking opportunities can you grasp to meet people important to your career?
- What is going on around you that you might find useful?
- Do you see others around you who are struggling and cannot understand where
they have been going wrong? Can you do better?
- Are there any events, courses or seminars that you might get something out of?
- Are there changes in laws/regulations that affect your geographical area or business sector?
- Which dream, activity, project or idea would get you jumping enthusiastically out of bed in the mornings?

MANAGE (7)
Check the threats and categorize them from low (that you can ignore) to high
(that you can manage with an action plan).
Check if you can eliminate or reduce any threats or even turn them into Opportunities
thanks to your Strengths.
