CONVERT (5)
Check to see if you can reduce or eliminate some weaknesses or, rather,
transform them into Strengths and maybe even into productive opportunities:
- Is there people, training, expert advice or investments that can help you?
- Are there other situations or areas in which one of your weaknesses can be transformed
into a strength?
- Are there people considered interesting and / or useful that you see in a negative light?
MATCH (6)
Start from your Strengths and check whether, by combining
one or more of the opportunities you have identified,
you can create benefits.
Which scenario or opportunity is the easiest and fastest
for you to implement?
MANAGE (7)
Check the threats and categorize them from low (that you can ignore) to high
(that you can manage with an action plan).
Check if you can eliminate or reduce any threats or even turn them into Opportunities
thanks to your Strengths.
Do you have a solution or an action you can use to manage some of the threats you listed?
