Instructions: This activity is divided in two parts. First follow the

instructions in part 1, then continue with part 2.

Part 1. In one word document do the following: Look at picture A and
write 5 sentences describing what people are doing. Remember the
expressions and vocabulary to describe actions happening at the
moment. Example: Jim is listening to music.

1.- Alberto is talking on the pone

2.- Karen is reading a book
3.- Bernie is teaching math
4.- Patrick and Loren are playing volleyball on the beach
5.- Gabriela is having a coffee

Part 2. Then compare picture A and B and write 5 sentences

describing the differences. Example: Jim is listening to music in A,
but he’s reading a book in B.

1.- Alberto is talking on the pone in A, but he is feeding the pigeons

in B
2.- Karen is reading a book in A, but she is walking with his pet in B
3.- Bernie is teaching math in A and B
4.- Patrick and Loren are playing volleyball on the beach in A, but
they are playing volleyball on the beach with their pet in B
5.- Gabriela is having a coffee in A, but she is studying Algebra
