2 Emergency Maintenance
Emergency maintenance is when something is broken and need to be fixed right away. In
some way, this aspect of our building is to pose an immediate problem, to help complete as much
preventive maintenance as possible and to reduce the amount of possible emergency situation.[6]
Predictive maintenance is a method in which the service life of important part is predicted
based on inspection or diagnosis, in order to use the parts to the limit of their service life.
Composed to periodic maintenance, predictive maintenance is condition based maintenance. It
manages trend values, by measuring and analyzing data about deterioration and employs a
surveillance system. [ 6 ]
