Subject: Disaster preparedness COVID 19 Pandemic

As a precautionary measure to avoid infection from Corona Virus, the following measures have
been taken for the safety of ALL OF US:

 Residents who have travelled out of the country are REQUESTED to please SELF
QUARANTINE yourself in your flat for 14 days for the safety of self and your family.
 Elevators are being sanitized especially switches every few hours
 Housekeeping, Security, Maids, Servants, Drivers etc. have been provided with masks.
 Permission for interior work and renovation will not be given until further notice.
 Couriers and Food deliveries are being allowed till the security gate only. Residents are
requested to make arrangement for collection / payments. Vegetable vendors and bread /
Egg vendors will not be allowed door to door delivery, they will be in the lobby at their
time slot for members to come down and purchase.
 Please create awareness with your staff about the risk of spreading the virus and provide
them with Sanitizers, soaps etc.
 If any non-resident is found with fever will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
 Requesting all senior citizens and kids to comply HOUSE CONTAINMENT during the
crisis hours.
 Non availability of all kind of chairs within the society premises to avoid congregation, till
further notice.
 Closing down of play area with immediate effect, till further notice.
 Movement in EPCHS campus only for essentials reference to COMPLETE LOCK
DOWN in Maharashtra till 31st March 2020.

WE REQUEST CO-OPERATION FROM EACH RESIDENT OF EPCHS AS THE ABOVE

INSTRUCTIONS ARE RECEIVED FROM THE MCGM AND BEING FOLLOWED BY
MANY CONSCIOUS SOCIETIES IN MUMBAI.

PREVENTION IS BEETER THAN CURE!
