Number and sizes of nozzle sizes shall be confirmed during detailed engineering.
3 4 The positions of nozzles shall be confirmed during detailed engineering.
4 5 Nozzle flanges shall conform to ASME B16.5 . Manholes shall conform to the requirements of API 650. Nozzle flange gasket finish 3.2 µm to 6.3
5 µm.
6 6 Tank SUPPLIER shall provide a guarantee for the equipment performance, mechanical design / construction, structural integrity, workmanship
and the materials of construction used.
7 7 All tank weld seams shall be positioned to clear all nozzle openings and attachments.
8 8 Tank shall be provided with all attachments and accessories as indicated in the datasheet.
9 9 Any components over 25kg shall have provisions for lifting points for removal from the tank.
10 The SUPPLIER shall provide 200% spare gaskets for each nozzle and manway and a minimum of 10% spare bolting, studs and nuts.

11 Tank SUPPLIER to furnish nozzle allowable loads for all process nozzles on shell as per Annex 'P' of API 650.
11 12 All materials shall be supplied with full material test reports in accordance with BS EN 10204 3.1 which identify specification, chemistry and
12 mechanical test results.
13 13 All Welding Procedures and Welding Procedure Qualification Records shall be submitted for approval before welding begins.

Welding shall be carried out by SMAW, GTAW, GSFCAW or SAW or Electroslag welding processes. Other welding processes may be proposed
14 during the bid stage and shall be subject to review and approval by the COMPANY.
15 15 All welding shall be by full penetration welds, socket welds or singled sided fillet welds are not permitted in process and corrosive streams.
16 16 Tank SUPPLIER shall refer Civil and Structural Design Criteria for live loads on platforms, walkways & ladder.
17 17 Maximum filling rate is considered as 10 m3/h same as Process Water Pump capacity
18 Tank height and diameter are preliminary estimated and need to be verified during Detailed Engineering.
18 19 Tank working volume is based on providing 60 minutes storage for 15m3/hr flow.
19 20 Anchor Chair requirement shall be confirmed by SUPPLIER.

practice A(oxalic etch test) & subject to positive material identification at workshop on arrival as well as at site.
