1. Why do you want to work for this Company? Why are

you interested in this job?

It is a great opportunity for anyone to work in the great

company like yours. When I read about the Company

profile I found that my skills are matching with your

requirements. This will facilitate to show up my experience

and technical skills to contribute to the company growth.

2. What’s more important to you — the work itself or how

much you’re paid for doing it?

I have 12 years of experience in Engineering Field and I

couldn’t get this experience without the work itself ,

during this period the salary has never been a big issue

for me but still I am expecting a salary which can help

me to maintain the standard of level of my personal and

economical needs .
3. What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and

weaknesses?

My greatest strengths are basing on my experience of

working in the group team and always show up to be

honest, self motivated and being hardworking with

positive attitude towards my career and my life and

about my weakness I can’t leave the pending issues

when yet getting a solution , to speak lies is difficult for

me .

4. What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort?

With reference to my work experience, I satisfy all the

requirement for this job. I am sincere with my work

and would never pend any assignment to me, I

promise you will never regret for the decision to

appoint me in your company.

5. What do you think of working in a group?

I think it is benefiting the company to work in group

rather than working on your own which resulting the

high productivity and good performance of the company.

6. How would you describe your last employer?

I do appreciate my last employer and really thankful my

previous company because I have learnt lot things since

joined them. According to me changes are necessary

for everyone to enhance the experience and facing new

skills, environment.

7. Where do you see yourself in five years?

My short term is to get a job in reputed company where I

can utilize my skills and experience and improve my

career path. My long term goal is to be in respectable

position in this organization.

8. Do you have plans for continued study? An advanced

degree?

For me it is always helpful to get new skills to achieve or

fillful your responsibility and it is better to get more

degree or training to do stay up on the position like

Innovations in your position and assignment assigned.

9. Why do you think you might like to live in the community

in which our company is located?

I have done research that this community of West

Australia is good a place to live and work for.
