Cake making machine


一、 Power installation

The voltage is single phase 220V (240V). The yellow and green wires are

earth wire. Others are power wire.

二、 Air pressure installation

The air spreads from the intake(lO), the filter(9), the air tank, the magnetic

valve (24.25.26) then to the top lift cylinder (37 )> Sweep cylinder (40),

btowing chip pipe (27). Pneumatic power is 4-6kg/cm - (60-80psi) as

appropriate.

三、 Adjusting, cleaning and replacing the blade

① Adjusting the blade; When cutting the cake too shallowly adjust two

screws of top lift cylinder down to the correct place then locking tightly. If

the blade cut the cake deeply adjust two screws of top lift cylinder up to the

right place then locking tightly. If the blade becomes too slack loosing then

rotating the screws tightly, revolving and adjusting the lever.

©Changing the blade: Remove the heating high temperature wires on

both side, loose block(29)of the blade, loose the lever and tight the screw,

rotate the lever until the blade is going to leave, pull out the two bolts and

take out the blade. When you fix new blade you should pay attention to the

matching location (The outside should be bevel edge or it will be easy to

jam the cake).

③ Cleaning the blade:


Loosing the top block(29), cleaning the cake residue beside the blade by

knife, then screw tightly. (You needn't do this if it doesn't jam the cake or

it's tidy.)

四、 How to operate the cake machine

Turn on the power (12) and charge the gas (10), plug in the two wires of

rotating motor and fix the chain (8).

Rotating the red button to turn on the motor; then press yellow button to

reset after the screen is ready for Man-machine interface.

A. Cutting into round shape

1. It can save 12 recipes.

2. Number of cutting: You can program the cutting pieces.

3. Heating the blade: You can heat the blade to cut cold - storage

food. (Generally between 30 and -35 degrees centigrade)

4. Sticking time: sticking to the bottom 0.0-9.0s)

5. Operating position: The blade is at current position after resetting.

6. Blowing the cake residue: You can blow the cake residue on

the blade.

7. Sweeping the cake residue: You can sweep the cake residue on

the blade.

Put the cake in the middle of the round tray, set parameters, Press the

yellow button to reset the origin.( Be sure to press it for the first time.

You needn't press again after continuous cutting), then press green
button and start to cut.

B Cutting into square shape

1. It can save 12 recipes.

2. The first gash: Set the width of the cake tray to 400mm

3. The second gash: Set the length of the cake tray to 400mm

4. Trimming: set the distance between the cake tray and the first

gash.

5. Pieces of cutting: The first cutting number is the amount along with

the direction of width for cake tray. The second one is the amount

along with the direction of length for cake tray.

6. Sticking time: sticking to the bottom (0.0-9.Os)

7. Operating position: The blade is at current position after resetting.

8. Heating the blade: You can heat the blade to cut cold - storage food.

(Generally between 30 and -35 degrees centigrade)

9. Cutting the cake crosswise: You can cut square cakes into triangle

parts.

10. Blowing the cake residue: You can blow the cake residue on the

blade.

11. Sweeping the cake residue: You can sweep the cake residue on

the blade.

Put the cake on the tray, set parameters, press the yellow button to

reset the origin (Be sure to press it for the first time. You needn't press

again after continuous cutting.), then press the green button and start
to cut.

五 Manual mode

1. Rotation: cake tray will rotate;

2: Forward: The large panel will go head(the direction of forwarding);

3: Backward: The large panel will go back (the direction of drawing back)

4: Cake residue: The sliding cylinder will sweep the cake residues back

and forth.

5: Ascend: The top lift cylinder will ascend.

6: Descend: The top lift cylinder will descend.

7: Heat: The blade will be heated.

8: Vibration: The blade will cut back and forth.

Manual mode is mainly used to debug the machine, trouble shooting, clean

and cleaning.

Set parameter

1: Rotating speed: the rotating speed of the cake tray;

2: Advance and retreat speed: the Advance and retreat speed of the tray;

3: Angle: the actual angle of the tray. Angle adjustment: the parallel angle

between the tray and the saw;

4: Round location: the center of the tray;

5. Tray location: The parameter setting has been set up before the shipment
and can not be adjusted at will.

六、fault alarm

If Indexing drives are normal the tray will rotate.

If boot cap is closed the boot cap will be closed.

If forward and backward drive is normal the large panel can forward or draw

back.

If frequency converter of knife tool is normal the saw can cut freely.

A Indexing drives doesn't run well

1: Check whether the actuating motor wire is inserted;

2. Check if the servo is normal.

3. Check the timing belt and synchronizing wheel is normal.

B Boot cap doesn't run well:

1. Check if boot cap is closed well.

2. Check if wires are inserted.

3. Check if limit switch is damaged.

C Forward and backward driving doesn't run well:

1; Check whether the actuating motor wire is inserted;

2. Check if the servo is normal.

3: check if the coupling is damaged.

D. Large panel moves forward or back excessive.

1. Check if forwarding limit switch and retreating limit switch is damaged.


2. Check if advance and retreat positioning screws fall or bend etc..

E Saw knife doesn't work well.

1. Check whether the motor wire is inserted;

2. Check whether the saw motor is damaged;

3. Check if adjusting rod is broken;

4. Check whether the inverter is damaged;

5. Check if the swing arm is faulty.

F The blade doesn't run well when heating.

1. Check whether the heating line is normal;

2. Check the thermostat

3. Check the thermocouple wire

G screen is abnormal

1: black screen: check if the power cord is plugged in

2: Unable to input the data: check whether the communication line is

inserted.

After troubleshooting, turn off the machine, reset and restart the

motor.
