Day 1: March 26, 2020 – Caught in action, the Surigao del Norte College of Agriculture
and Technology (SNCAT) through its Mobile Training Program (MTP) continuously
extend support to the Government by reaching-out care for frontliners such as Health
Workers, Military Personnel, Policemen, Brgy. Officials, Anti-COVID Task Force, Media
Personnel and Security Guard in the neighboring Barangay in Surigao City.
This initiatives is under the directives of TESDA Caraga Regional Director Mr. Ashary
Banto and within the support of the Acting Administrator of Surigao del Norte College of
Agriculture and Technology (SNCAT) Ms. Marife A. Peña, this cause was made
possible. This is SNCAT’s little way of showing love and support to all the frontliners.

With this pandemic COVID-2019 not only our beloved country is put into crisis, the
whole world is being affected. Having those people who took the risk and stood still for
common good to protect the people within the community, ou r salute for them.
On the following days, SNCAT-MTP will continue to reach out to other frontliners within
the area of Surigao City.
Like cookies bake with love in butter, it is always a great relief how sweetness of simple
acts impact a meaningful difference.
