Hola a todos. Mi nombre es Jennifer Lawrence y soy enfermera en el Chicago Memorial Hospital.
He trabajado allí durante tres años, pero he sido enfermera durante diez. Mi primer trabajo fue en el hospital
de Saint George. He trabajado allí por dos años. Luego comencé a trabajar para un pediatra que ejerce de
forma privada. Hemos estado juntos durante cuatro años y he aprendido mucho de ella. Ella es una
profesional solidaria y una gran persona. Luego, me uní a la Cruz Roja como voluntario y pasé un año en
África. Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. He sido un miembro activo de la Cruz Roja desde entonces.
Ahora solicito un puesto en su hospital como enfermera jefa porque creo que tengo las habilidades

Today is my 40th birthday and I’m thinking about my life up until now. I’ve had good and not so good
moments, but in general I’ve had a good life. I’ve met lots of interesting people like Claudia López and I’ve
done lots of exciting things. I have been married for 15 years. My husband Juan Felipe and I have three very
beautiful children Alejandra, Sofia and Marco. They haven’t graduated from high school yet but they already
know what they want to be in the future. My husband (1) ________has worked_______ (work) very hard but

Hoy es mi 40 cumpleaños y estoy pensando en mi vida hasta ahora. He tenido buenos y no tan buenos
momentos, pero en general he tenido una buena vida. He conocido a muchas personas interesantes
como Claudia López y he hecho muchas cosas emocionantes. He estado casada por 15 años. Mi
esposo Juan Felipe y yo tenemos tres hijos muy hermosos, Alejandra, Sofía y Marco. Todavía no se han
graduado de la escuela secundaria, pero ya saben lo que quieren ser en el futuro. Mi esposo ha
trabajado muy duro pero no nos hemos hecho ricos. Tiene que viajar muy a menudo a varios pueblos de
 Colombia por su trabajo y hemos visitado muchos lugares como el Parque del Café en Quindío. Hemos
vivido en diferentes ciudades como Cali, Pereira y Gacheta, pero no hemos vivido en otro país.
Normalmente me aburro durante esos viajes, así que llevo libros para leer. He leído cientos de libros en
mi vida. Leer es definitivamente uno de mis mayores placeres. He tomado varios cursos sobre muchas
cosas diferentes en mi tiempo libre. Hablo cuatro idiomas y he estudiado mucho sobre diferentes culturas
alrededor del mundo. Eso me encanta
Algo que no me gusta mucho es practicar deportes. He probado muchos deportes, pero no he
encontrado uno que me guste. Prefiero hacer ejercicio en el gimnasio. Voy todos los días y hago cosas
diferentes en solo una hora. Cuando viajo es difícil encontrar buenos gimnasios, así que mi entrenador
personal me ha creado algunas rutinas en las habitaciones del hotel. Amo la forma en que vivo. Tengo
tiempo para mí, para mi esposo y para mis hijos.
