Clara Mohammed School of St. Louis

About the Contractor

Jamal Williams is a graduate of the Hands Up United Tech program class in May 2016. Since
completing the program he has been busy refining his skills and has joined Dutchtown South
Community Corporation as a Housing Data Portal Developer VISTA. He is working with Clara
Mohammed School of St. Louis as an Independent Contractor and is responsible for getting
their official website up and running.

Overview of the Project

A website is required for Clara Mohammed School of St. Louis to secure its 501c3 status from
the IRS. It is understood that this project needs to be completed “ASAP”. Jamal Williams
suggested to complete the project within 7 days provided that he has all the required materials
to get started.

Terms
Clara Mohammed School of St. Louis will hereinafter be referred to as “Client” and Jamal
Williams will be referred to as “Contractor”.

Requirements
These items are absolutely required in order to complete the project on time and within budget.
They are to be provided by the Client to the Contractor ​before Wednesday, October 19 2016:

- Login credentials to the domain name provider

- Login Credentials to the Hosting Account Provider
- All written content to be included on the website
- Any Logos or Graphics the client desires to include in the site

Responsibilities
What is expected of the Client and Contractor:

Contractor’s Responsibilities
- Overall design of the site
- Acquiring stock photos to Display on Web Page
- Uploading the site into the Client’s Hosting Account
- Ongoing Maintenance Training
Client’s Responsibilities
- Overall Direction of the Design of the Site
- Registering the Domain Name and Hosting Account
- Paying for the Domain Name and Hosting Account
- Providing the Contractor with all written content to be displayed on the website

Scope of Work
A simple “brochure” site that will contain the essential information. The client will provide all
written content for the site. The Contractor will be responsible for acquiring stock photos for the
site. Pages include but not limited to:
- Home
- About Us
- Board of Directors
- Tuition and College fee
- No Discrimination Policy
- Job Descriptions
- Staff Directory
- How to Contact
- eRecords and Transcripts
- How to Donate

The contractor understands that this list is not exhaustive and more pages may be included as
the project evolves.

Timeline
The website is to be completed by Wed. October 19.

Fees
The total price to complete the project within 7 Days $350 to complete the website within 30
days. A $50 dollar deposit is required to begin work. The remaining $300 will be paid upon
completion and launch of the website.

Nabeehah has paid the $50 deposit on Tues. Oct. 11.

Communication
Ongoing communication through email, phone and/or text between Jamal Williams and a
representative of Clara Mohammed School of St. Louis is expected during throughout this
project.
Additional Requirements
It was requested that “Powered by Hands Up United” will be included in the footer section of the
web page.
