Implementing Learning F D C B A
Comments: Some student answers to your questions were difficult to hear.
Repeating student answers makes sure that everyone hears it. You have good
language, and you correct students’ language when they make mistakes. Also, try
to get students to ask questions. Questions should prompt higher level thinking in
addition to lower level thinking. Your use of language is appropriate for the
students’ level. Some use of differentiation. Try to have less teacher talk and more
student talk.
Assessment F D C B A
Comments: You need to link your formative assessments to your objectives.
However, it’s not clear how your first learning objective is linked to a learning
outcome.
Reflection on Practice F D C B A
As I mentioned in class, reflections should be more than description and should
include “why” questions. Again, the main reason to reflect on a lesson is to
improve your teaching and the students learning.
