JOB DESCRIPTION
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters; manage correspondence with candidates, recruitment
e-mail boxes / ATS; participate in recruitment events and prepare recruitment event report; inform
candidates about the result;
• Monitor initial, online, pre-selection of candidates keeping high moral and professional standards, in
accordance with company policies especially Conflict of Interest Policy and Anticorruption Policy and
respecting the privacy rights of the candidates;
• Prepare and post job ads on various job portals and social networks to attract candidates;
• Actively source, build and maintain a network of qualified and diverse candidates; conduct talent
market research to gather data and trends on competition and market conditions;
• Attend job fairs/career events, prepare handouts and gather information from suitable candidates;
• Maintain contact with holding pool candidates and inform about further steps in their initial phase of
employment;
• Ensure metrics and objectives are met;
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods;
