The most important thing for me in a classroom

is to achieve significant learning, but in order to
achieve that goal we must know who we teach.
What are the things our students like, their hobbies,
ideas, challenges, strengths,
and weaknesses. Student-
centered.
The teacher must provide
a pleasant and safe
classroom environment,
where expressing ideas is
appreciated as a contribution
to learning.
