UNIT 1 ALL ABOUT FEELINGS

Pg 1 1. When people are angry, we should not release it to other people / do not keep in heart.
When people are hurt, do not keep in heart.
When people are lonely, do not keep eating out.

2. Verse 1 – If you’re angry, count to 100 and tell mum what you’re angry about.
Verse 2 – If you’re hurt, cry out loud and tell mum why you’re crying.
Verse 3 – Be nice to others and you will have friends.
Verse 4 – If you feel lost / have too many problems, try talk to mum and she’ll guide the
way

How to Manage Anger


Think before you speak – you may regret saying those hurtful things
Talk to someone you trust – When you talk about your problems, your anger will usually go
away.
