Findings

On additional conductor supprt at EL (+) 6274: General corrosion


with scaling and flaking paintwork scattered at topside and oil
contamination at underside. Overall paintwork having discoloration.
ASTM D610-01, rust grade 5-G, 3% rusted to 3-G, 16% rusted (by
cross section). Please refer to photo no 11 until 15.

On sea deck:
Minor corrosion at one spot and overall recently partly painted with
oil contamination. ASTM D610-01, rust grade 7-G, 0.3% rusted (by
cross section). Please refer to photos no. 18, 19 and 20.

Cracking / damaged cement grout and general corrosion with


scaling on the conductor casing on welhead service platfrom.
Overall having paintwork discoloration. ASTM D610-01, rust grade
7G, 0.3% rusted to 5-G, 3% rusted (by cross section). Please refer to
photos no 6 until 10.
General corrosion and spot corrosion with scaling scattered on
conductor body from underneath wellhead service platform to MSL.
Overall having paintwork discoloration and some covered with rust
stain. ASTM D610-01, rust grade 6-G, 1% (by cross section) and rust
grade 6-S, 1% rusted to 4-S, 10% rusted ( by cross section). Please
refer to photos no 16, 17, 21, 22, 23 and 24.
Overall conductor body from
underneath wellhead to MSL having paintworj discoloration and
approximately < 5% surface corrosion.
