Reflection
These past two weeks were fairly productive. I was able to attend the North Texas
Cybersecurity Group meeting, where I not only learned about the value of Risk-Based
assessment, but also networked with many established professionals. Through this networking,
I was able to gain information about a virtual cybersecurity group through which I can learn the
basics of cybersecurity. Unfortunately, my Topic of Choice presentation did not go as well as
expected, as I procrastinated too much and essentially did perform well under the pressure.
Looking forward to the next weeks, I am mainly excited to begin consistently meeting with my
mentor.
