CORPORATE BANKING
Our offer
• Within Citi’s Corporate Banking team in Paris, the intern will assist the team to manage the bank’s exposure to its
French clients (multinational French companies and their subsidiaries worldwide), as well as helping commercial
development:
– Assist Bankers for Credit Analysis:
• Credit memos for episodic transactions and annual reviews, material preparation for credit committees,
profitability calculations, and financial projections.
• Financial and operational analysis prior to credit facilities setup.
• Close monitoring of clients’ financial, strategic and operational releases.
– Help Bankers for Marketing Support on:
• Origination and coordination with products partners (IB, ECM, DCM, Loan, Treasury Management,
Markets).
• Development of the banking relationship across Citi geographical network (over 100 countries):
– Credit exposure monitoring.
– Business portfolio developments.
– Support Bankers on specific strategic projects (acquisition financing, capital market transactions…).

• 6-month internship, starting on July 1 , 2016, the intern will be working in Citi’s premises in Paris.

Requirements
• Top Business School / Engineering School / University, majoring in Finance
• Very good knowledge in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets required.
• Fluency in English and French both written and oral (working language)
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Relevant experience from previous internship (especially abroad) is a plus.
