AFFIDAVIT
We, Fernando Callueng, Leon Aguisanda, Eusebio Aguilan, of legal ages, and
residents of Tuguegarao City,hereby depose and state that:

1. We are employees of the MER Commercial with place of business

at Maribbay St. Tuguegaro City;

2. We personally know Leo Mabborang and Robin Dulin since they

are our co-employees in the said establishment;

3. We observed that during the course of their employment, Leo

Mabborang and Robin Dulin were habitually absent and were late
most of the time;

4. There was also an incident that when our boss instructed them to
go to one of our project sites, they did not proceed to the said
project site in contravention to the instruction of our boss;

5. When the two were asked of their whereabouts since they did not
immediately proceed to the project site as instructed, we heard
them saying, “Kung ganyan lang eh hindi na kami tutuloy at
mag-reresign nalang kami”, in a very disrespectful tone;

6. True to their words, Leo Mabborang and Robin Dulin up to this

day, did not report to work and were not heard of which caused
undue delay in the completion of the project which were assigned
to the two aforementioned employees;

7. The two employees were even instructed to return the tools

provided by the company, but until this day, they failed to return
the said equipment;

8. That we are execute this Affidavit voluntarily to attest and declare

the truth of the foregoing facts and for whatever legal purposes
that this Affidavit may serve.
 IN WITNESS THEREOF, We have hereunto affixed our signature this July 30,
2018 at Tuguegarao City, Philippines.
