JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF ADJOINING LOT OWNER

We, MICHAEL TOMAD and ELPIDIO AGTARAP, both of legal age,

Filipino Citizens and residents of Sto. Niño Rd., Bakakeng Central, Baguio City,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and
state:

1. That we personally know Spouses PETER O. DALOG and MARIA P.

DALOG who acquired a certain parcel of land from JAMES TEKL-
EQUEN with an area of SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (685) SQUARE
METERS, more or less, by virtue of an AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER;

2. That we are the owner of the adjoining lot of the subject parcel of
land;

3. That from the time Spouses PETER O. DALOG and MARIA P. DALOG
they introduced improvements and erected their own residential
house on it;

4. We are executing this instrument to attest to the veracity and

truthfulness of the foregoing and for all legal intents and purposes it
may serve.
