WORK INSTRUCTION FOR PERSON WORKING IN RHF AREA
Any person either doing inspection or taking up any repair activity in and around RHF shall inform RHF shift Incharge before starting the activity.

2 Person going to RHF cellar or roof shall always inform furnace control room and inform again after coming back.

3 Person should follow PPE in RHF area.

4 When RHF is in running condition do not open Inspection Door and Man door.

5 Person taking job in any equipment shall submit the signed shutdown permit form to RHF shift Incharge

6 After completion of job give clearance in shutdown permit form. Observe equipments during equipment trials from safe distance.
