Interpretation:
In Weighted average analysis I found that Overall rating of shipment is gather rank 1.

INTERPRETATION

The analysis of garrett’s ranking reveals that the which factors highly satisfy the

customer as well as services quality on MSA shipping, in that Rank 1 occupied timely delivery

of cargo with total score of 9840 , the prompt delivery of cargo with total score 9800 ,at the lost

improving occupied after sales service with total score of 8850.
