 Breaker Discrimination Setting for all Incoming & Outgoing for all Protection & Source

Priority at Floor Panels. – Will share the Discriimination setting – Check with Athi for
interpretation of the same.

 Sequence Logic for AHU automation for 2 Way Value, VFD Control & Fresh Air
Control etc., as per design.

2Way Valve – Typical commissioning method.

Initial setting for Return air temperature shall be set at 24 Deg C. Based on the change in
return air temperature, 2way valve should get modulated.

VFD Control - Typical commissioning method.

Frequency at which the AHU delivers the design air flow shall be set as the maximum limit.
Static pressure to be identified in the index branch duct during air balancing. Same input to
be fed to the VFD as reference pressure.
Based on the static pressure in the duct in real time scenario, VFD to be modulated within
the set frequency limit.

Fresh Air Control – Automation as per the design proposal can be done when BMS is ready.
If BMS is not ready, please keep the damper in fully open condition.

Co2 sensors shall give input to the BMS. Minimum set value should be 800PPM. If there is
increase in the Co2 level from any of the sensor, the fresh air volume control damper should
open to 100%. In normal scenario, this damper shall be kept in certain % based on the air
quantity mentioned in HVAC drawing.
 VAV Logic & Control - Typical commissioning method.

Based on room temperature & reference to the set temperature, the VAV damper should get
operated.

 Lighting Sensor & Operational Logic with timing. Typical Occupancy sensor has been
proposed – there is no such timing / logic

 BMS Logic

Analysis Graphics, Trends & Reports to be created as mentioned in BMS BOQ document.

Most of the hard points are Monitor & Alarm as mentioned in IO Summary.

The hard points which are mentioned as Control are typically for AHU On/off command, Fan
On/off command which are not required to be automated.

Fresh air damper control – Automatic damper control is required based on the Co2 level.
Detailed explanation is given in the above point.

Soft points - Details are given in IO summary as well.
