DESIGNERS AND STYLIST

GUIDELINES AND PROTOCOLS

For the safety of everybody amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the following
precautionary measures shall be strictly imposed:

1. Wearing of facemask and face shield for both clients and staff shall be imposed during
working hours.
2. For safety and sanitation purposes, all the facilities and equipment must be properly
disinfected four (4) times a day.
3. PHYSICAL/ SOCIAL DISTANCING must be observed with a distance for at least 2 meters.
4. Every transaction is strictly arranged by an appointment only within 9:00 am to 4:00pm,
from Mondays to Saturdays with a maximum of four (4) clients a day (2 in the morning
and 2 in the afternoon).
5. Wearing of facemask and face shield for both clients and staff shall be imposed during
working hours.
6. The establishment must provide disinfectants and conduct temperature checking using a
thermal scanner.
7. Minors are not allowed to enter the establishment.
8. Upon leaving the establishment, the temperature of the clients must be rechecked.

In Providing Wardrobe Assistance during Events, the following restrictions must


be followed accordingly:

1. Prior to the event, all wardrobes and other accessories must be properly sanitized.
2. The establishment must only provide one (1) staff/personnel for wardrobe assistance.
3. Upon assisting, the personnel/staff must wear facemask, face shield and sanitary gloves.
4. For optimized sanitation, steaming of the wardrobes is required right before the client.
5. The personnel/staff will no longer provide assistance in the church to avoid overcrowding.

Upon reporting to the establishment from duty, the personnel/staff must undergo
the following safety measures:

1. Temperature check using thermal scanner.


2. Self-Disinfect

Upon receiving the rented items:

1. The establishment must provide a prescribed receiving area which is clinically sanitized to
avoid contamination.
2. Rest assured that the establishment will adhere all necessary procedures according to the
required health and sanitary guidelines.
