APPLICATION
(Spot the Difference)
Illustrate the man with the hoe based on two perspectives. Illustration A should be an
interpretation of how the persona of the poem perceives him. Illustration B should show how God
intends him to be. Use the 2nd column to cite lines from the text to support your illustration. Write on
the 3rd column your interpretation of the cited lines.
