two sandwiches and a bottle of water with us and were thinking that it would be a short walk
to the waterfall where we would swim for a couple of hours and then head back in time for
dinner.
We had a great time at the waterfall but time passed so fast that by the time we started
walking towards our home it was already 6 o’clock and huge dark clouds were gathering
above our heads. Therefore, we took the short way home, which was a scary path paved with
old wood.At the end of it, a terrifying, hunched woman was waiting for us.She looked purely
innocent, but the fact that she was holding a cane with stains of blood on it made me startled...
”What are you doing here, young boys?Leave immediately or I will take your souls forever!”
she told us.As the old woman was yelling at us, she was throwing forks at us.

Feeling my whole body shaking, I grabbed my brother’s firm hand and stormed out.We ran
until our lungs gave out, but, fortunately, that was the moment when we reached our brick
house.
Never have I ever before felt so glad to be home...My mother’s warm hug gave me the strong
feeling of safety that I needed and my father’s soft look made me believe that I had never
been in danger.
