UNDERTAKING
That I , FLORITA DELIA TIROL CARPIO, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen,
residing 89 Malumanay St. Teachers Village, Quezon City hereby depose and state:
1. That I am the owner of condominium, Unit 14-28th floor of “ONE ARCHERS
PLACE” with an area of 23.28 sq. meters more or less located at 2311 Taft Ave. cor
Castro & Fidela Reyes Sts. Malate 078, Brgy. 709, City of Manila with a selling price
price of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2,100,000.00);
2. That it is agreed that the amount of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P1,300,00.00) is to be paid and received by the herein to seller, FLORITA DELIA
TIROL CARPIO;
3. That the amount of Eight Hundred Thousand (P,800,000.00) will be used by the
agent/broker for the payment of the following:
a. Miscellaneous Fees
b. Turn over Fees
c. Tax Declaration
d. BIR (Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp)
e. Broker/Agent Commission
f. Transfer Tax and other necessary fees
4. That broker/agent will assure and take full responsibility on the execution of the
final transfer of title from the name of BUYER/BUYERS of the above aforementioned
condominium.
5. That it is understood that I am the one who will shoulder for payments of any
person or persons who might claims interest or any commissions over the sale of unit
2814 except for Minerva L. Valerio to whom I authorized by virtue of a signed authority
to sell.
