AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, GLORIA D. EVANGELISTA of legal age, Filipino, Single and a resident of

1291 Mataas na Lupa Paco NCR CITY of MANILA First District, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state THAT:

1. That I am the current resident of a parcel of land with improvements situated at

B11 L18 SUMMERCREST SUBD. BRGY. SAHUD ULAN TANZA CAVITE with
TITLE NO. T-1095748.

2. After such consideration, I opted to cause the waiver of my rights in the

aforementioned property and transfer of all rights over the above mentioned
property to MARVIN RAMOS CASTELO.

3. In this relation, I, as the current resident hereby acknowledge that all rights that
may be executed to me for the purpose of acquiring the above mentioned
property are deemed cancelled.

4. Further, I, hereby release ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY. its officers employees and
agents from any type of liabilities arising from the purchased from the subject
aforementioned property.

5. I, thereby recognized and understand that I no longer have any claim whatsoever
arising from them relating to or in any way connected with our purchase and
possession of the said property.

6. I, confirmed that this document was voluntarily and intelligently executed by me

without any hesitation from any persons and acknowledge that I understand the
consequences of my deed.

7. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing premises.
