AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, JONATHAN A. RAMOS., of legal age, married to MARICRIS GASATAN


RAMOS, Filipino, and a resident of 44 (J) P. GOMEZ ST. SAN ISIDRO SUBD. 1
CONCEPCION 1 MARIKINA CITY,, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, depose and state THAT:

1. I am the owner of a certain property Located at B07 L17 PH1 WELLINGTON


RESIDENCE BRGY. TRES CRUSES TANZA CAVITE, with an area of SIXTY
THREE SQUARE METERS AND TWENTY FIVE SQUARE DECIMETERS (63.25).

2. After such consideration, I opted to cause the assignment/transfer of all rights


over the above mentioned property by virtue of a Deed of Sale with Assumption of
mortgage dated August 11, 2023 to GLOCES CALIXTO MATRO.

3. In this relation, I, as the original owner hereby acknowledge that all contracts and
rights of its property are deemed cancelled and terminated.

4. Further, I, hereby release ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY its officers employees and
agents from any type of liabilities arising from the purchased from the subject
aforementioned property.

5. I, thereby recognized and understand that I am no longer have any claim


whatsoever arising from them relating to or in any way connected with our
purchase and possession of the said property.

6. I, confirmed that this document was voluntarily and intelligently executed by me


without any hesitation from any persons and acknowledge that I understand the
consequences of my deed.

7. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing premises.
