AFFIDAVIT OF SELLER

I, NORHAYA S. AZIS, married, Filipino, of legal age and resident of

Brgy. Marawi Poblacion, Marawi City after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the previous owner of a parcel of land with Transfer

Certi cate of Title (TCT) No. T-2063 more particularly described below:

A parcel of land Lot 91-A of the subdivision plan (LRC) Pad-250990,

being portion of Lot 91, Q’124, Dansalan Cad, LRC Cad, Rec. No. (624),
situated in the Barrio of Marinaut, Municipality of Marawi, Province of
Lanao Del Sur with a total area of One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-
Nine (1,579) square meters.

2. On March 14, 1994, I sold the same to PESIGUE “OMEL”

MACABANDO BASMAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
Brgy. Panggao, Saduc, Marawi City, in the amount of EIGHTEEN thousand
pesos (P18,000) in Philippine currency as evidenced by a Deed of
Absolute Sale dated March 14, 1994. Said sale was recorded in the
notarial register of Atty. Mohammad Ali Macalawi.

3. Said sale was voluntarily executed by me unin uenced by no one,

and that nobody coerced me nor was I under duress when I sold the said
lot;

4. I am executing this A davit merely to show and attest to the fact

above stated and for any legal purpose it may serve.
