Questions : Ask the person a simple questions (shake my hand-open your eyes)
Shake gently the body

AIRWAYS - VENTILATION
Loosen :

Tilt the victim head back

Opening of the mouth remove airway obstruction

CHECK THE BREATHING

Listen
for the breathing
Feel
with the cheek

for the chest to rise and fall

10 seconds check
ARTIFICIAL VENTILATION

(mouth to mouth mouth to nose)


Tilt the head and open the mouth cover the mouth and breath while watching the chest rise

stand while watching the chest breath a second time Again check the breath and signs
going down of circulation (cough….)

CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION(CPR) (no ventilation and no circulation)


Adult : check every 5 cycle of 30/2

use the heel of the hand
