Topics: University’s Philosophy ,Vision, and Mission, Goals and Objectives
Time Frame: 3 Hours
Materials: Whiteboard marker, paper and pencil, laptop, Tv.

Lesson Proper

Day 1 (Wednesday)

Objectives

1. Establish rapport among students and teacher through proper introduction

2. Recall Mathematics facts and terms from previous learnings.

Activity

1. Introduce yourself and tell us something special about you (might be a hobby, likes and
dislikes, and talents).
2. Why did you choose to enroll to University of Batangas again?

Analysis

1. What do you expect to learn from this subject?

2. What are the facts about Mathematics that you already know? you are fond off? you find
difficult?

Abstraction

Making the right decision will put you on a path toward lifelong learning and one must
always keep in mind that being able to study in UB is a great honor and a responsibility.

Application

The students will introduce themselves through an activity entitled “Math About Me”.
Each student will introduce themselves then spell out their nicknames, each letter will signify a
Mathematical term, fact, or their expectation about Mathematics.

Day 2 (Thursday)

1. Deepen understanding of the facts about the history/introduction of University of

Batangas and its school administrators.
