Travelling around the world is

one of my dreams. Travelling makes us forget about our problems and enjoy the things going around us. Given
an opportunity, I would like to visit all the countries, but it’s somewhat impossible. So, I’m going to share with
you the top 10 countries in my bucket list along with the reason as to why these are the places I dream of
visiting.

First stop is Spain.

It is a country located in Southern Europe. Spain has borders with France, Portugal, Andorra and
Morocco. With an area of 505,990 km squared, Spain is the largest country in Southern Europe. It is much bigger
than the land area of the Philippines which has 300,000 km squared. With a population exceeding 46 million,
Spain is the sixth-most populous country in Europe. It is much lesser than the population of the Philippines
which has more than 109 million. Spain is ruled by Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez. Spain’s capital city is Madrid.
The major religion of Spain is Catholic. The currency in Spain is the euro, the same as in other European Union
countries. 1 euro is equivalent to 55.30 pesos. I discovered this country when I read Dan Brown’s book “Origin”,
the set is entirely in Spain. The way Dan Brown describe the places makes me want to go there.

The first place I really want to go is the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. It is located in Bilbao, Spain and
409.2 km away from Madrid.

Why? Because of many reasons. This is where the story started. Dan Brown mentions some interesting
artworks in this museum like the Maman.

Maman is a giant spider sculpture located in front of the museum. Maman means Mom, it is a tribute to
the artist’s mother who was a weaver. I also want to see The Matter of Time.
It is a massive spiraling sculpture that takes up an entire corridor at the Guggenheim. Next, I want to see
Yves Klein’s artwork called The Swimming Pool.

The color used in this painting was invented by Yves and it’s called International Klein Blue. Lastly, I want
to see the fog sculpture. It was just amazing.

The next place I want to visit is the La Sagrada Familia, your trip in Spain will be incomplete if you don’t
visit this beautiful church. I want to see the details of the church. It is found in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain and
622.2 km away from Madrid.
Next, I want to visit is the Casa Mila. It is designed by Gaudi one of my favorite artists. It was just
beautiful. It is located in Barcelona, Spain and 615.5 km away from Madrid.

Another place I want to visit is the Park Guell. It is full of Gaudi’s artworks and most of it were mosaics.
It has a nice view where you can see the Barcelona. It is located in Barcelona, Spain and 621.0 km away from
Madrid.

Lastly, I want to visit is Alhambra. I discovered this place in the Korean drama called Memories of
Alhambra. In the series they display beautiful views in Alhambra. It is located in Granada, Spain and 1.7 km away
from Madrid.
The next country I want to visit is England. It is a country that is part of the United Kingdom. It shares
land borders with Wales to the west and Scotland to the north. It has 130,279 km squared land area which is
smaller than the land area of the Philippines which has 300,000 km squared. It has a population of more than 56
million which is much lesser than the population of the Philippines which has more than 109 million. England
was ruled by Prime Minister Boris Johnson. London is the capital of England. England’s religion is Christianity.
England’s currency is pound and 1 pound is equal to 61.85 pesos. I discovered this country because of Harry
Potter, most of the places found in the story is also found in England especially London.

The first place I want to visit in England is the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.
