Responsibilities:
Overall Operations
Tracking Online Feedback
Heading major revenue generating operations for the centre
Leading a team of 20 members and guiding them in accordance with the companies plan.
Manage and monitor activities of all employees and making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence
coaching, training and guidance where needed.
Undertake full responsibility for making operating expenses and purchasing.
Set office budget, monitor profit & loss and cash handling throughout the year & supervise.
Implement Daily targets for all centres and report on a daily /weekly basis.
Recruiting, training and supervising staff, including managing staff rosters
Carrying out health and safety checks on the equipment.
Advertising and promoting the centre to increase the footfall.
Client retention/Customer relations.
Contributes to the overall revenue of the centre by identifying opportunities and actively upselling/cross
Selling Regus products and services
Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
