The Mining Plan of Sand Quarry has been prepared by Shri Naveen Tiwari,
RQP/DGMMP/174/2017 under Madhya Pradesh Minor Mineral Rules, 1996 for approval.
The lease hold area is located in Village - Berad, Tehsil – Biaora & District – Rajgarh M.P.
covering an area of 4.00 Ha.

The DGM Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh / competent Authority is hereby requested to make
further correspondence regarding this Quarry Plan with the person and address mentioned
below-Naveen Tiwari RQP No.- RQP/DGMMP/174/2017

An undertaking in this regard is being submitted that the Mining Plan so prepared by the
recognized person is with my knowledge and consent and shall be acceptable to me in all
respects. I have clearly understood the contents of the Mining Plan and agree to implement.

Biaora & District - Rajgarh of Madhya Pradesh State covering lease hold area 4.0 Ha has
been prepared in full consultation with me and I have understood its contents and agree to
implement the same in accordance with the law.

the Mining Plan of Sand Quarry area of 4.00 Ha in Village- Berad, Tehsil - Biaora &
District- Rajgarh of Madhya Pradesh State, which belongs to the Lessee M/s.Girja
Trading Company Authorized Person - Shri Kameshwar Singh.

2. Certified further that the provisions mentioned in Act, Rules and Regulations
have been considered in the Mining Plan and wherever specific permissions are
required, the applicant will approach to the concerned competent authorities including
D.G.M.S. for the same.

3. There is no violation against provision of Rules, Regulations of MMR, 1961

and there is no danger to human life.

4. The information furnished in the Mining Plan is true and correct to the best
of our knowledge.
