alternatives? If they have it what is the process)

3. Sources of hiring: Just the name of the sources of hiring

 How do they hire candidates from internal source?

 How do the hire candidates from external source?

4. Training and Development Process: Training Methods

(Types of training they provided for their employees’ development)

5. Analysis:

 Collect all the above information and describe separately for each

5. Conclusion and Reference (API style- automated referencing) - 1 page
