Short Description of Customer:


The Taj Pamodzi is a five star hotel located at the hub of Lusaka. It's facilities include a
restaurant, coffee shop, fitness centre, sauna, concierge, outdoor pool, tour assistance
and a business centre.

Meeting Agenda:
- Salutations and Exchange of pleasantries
- Get a brief background of the organization
- Present Office 365 and explain how it would be beneficial to the customer.
- Answer all questions and queries that the customer may have about the
products
- Ask for customer referrals

What value will you deliver: Disaster Recovery Services.

Meeting out come: The customer runs on a very tight budget and generally does not
have an immediate need for our centerpiece cloud services. They are however,
interested in a cloud based disaster recovery back up plan that can also avoid data
leakages.
Follow up action:
A proposal and quotation for the disaster recovery back up plan will be prepared and
duly sent to the customer and feedback will be inquired for on Thursday 19th April
2018.
