Short Description of Customer:

Universal Talk Time Zambia is a wholesaler of talk time with regards all mobile
networks. They develop products and services that remove bottlenecks from business
processes by producing physical products or electronic processes to speed up the
business process without increasing the head count or overheads. They do this by
maximising revenue while reducing cost of overall operations.
Meeting Agenda:
- Give salutations and exchange pleasantries
- Get short background of Customer's organization
- Get customer feedback regards Hai Telecommunicaton's services
- Introduce Office 365 as a product and then elaborate as to how it will benefit
the customer
- Inquire if customer has any questions or queries about Office 365 and if so,
answer them adequately and lastly,
- Get customer referrals in order to grow client base

What value will you deliver: Office 365 and IP PBX by 9 pieces.
Meeting out come: The customer was pleased with the presentation and requested for
a proposal and quotation, which will then be forwarded to management for further
consideration. It must be noted however, that the customer will need a small IP PBX
package owing to the few users (9) that they currently have.

Follow up action: The requested for proposal and quotation will be sent and a follow
up call will be made by the end of the week to make an inquiry on the management's
decision.
