CHAPTER IV

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

Conclusion

The trainee considers himself lucky for having the opportunity to work

with experienced professionals. For that, the On - The - Job Training program

of the School is indeed helpful. The trainee also concluded that, “First

impressions’ really is, the last”, because he believes that the OJT was very

hard.

During the training, the trainee slowly realizes that the training was not

that hard, but it’s fun and exciting. At the start, he always feels that he will not

be able to meet the expectations of his associates, and that he feels nervous

that he might disappoint his superiors. But after a few days of training, he

started to build his self-confidence, self-esteem and now ready for all the task.

This journey helps the trainee to foresee his future career. It makes the

trainee ready and well rounded. It develops each trainees’ hidden skills and

talents. As the trainee experiences different challenging tasks, he develops his

sense of responsibility in accomplishing certain duties. The practicum

experiences broadened the trainees’ vision and knowledge about their future

career hence, developing skills and enhancing his capabilities will help them

becoming efficient, effective and competent employees in the future.


Recommendations

For those who wants to conduct an on the job training in auditing firm or

any other company, the trainee recommends the following:

To the College of Accountancy and Management

The College must have enough connections with other companies who

accepts interns for internship programs.

To the Cooperating Agency

The company must have enough space for storage of their documents in

order to move comfortably and easily. The documents must be kept properly

by Barangay or by type of the documents.

To the trainee

The trainee should have the initiative to explore for his future life. The

also needs to improve his communication skills. He also needs to build his full

self-confidence. And lastly, the trainee needs to gain some weight to have a

strong body paired with a strong heart and mind.

Advice to the Future Trainee

 Be patient

 Be humble

 Work hard

 Dress for the job you want

 Let your passion and enthusiasm shine through


 Be proactive
