Speech Topic : To Persuade my audience about counseling is the solution for
working through relationship problems.
Central Idea : Three simple ways to solve the relationship problems are by
communication , counseling, and listening.
Introduction
Attention:
I. Have you ever had problems in a relationship? Or have you ever been bored of
your partners attitude or behaviour? Or feel like your relationship is not going
well.
II. Well, my dear friends, research hass proven that communication in relationship
are the most importance things to makes your relationship going well.
a. In a research done by Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Selangor, we found¹
that failed in understanding each other can increase the relationship
problems. it is due to the individual's willingness to admit their own
wrongdoings and to defend their own facts.
III. Therefore, today, I would like to persuade all of you here if you can’t handle your
own relationship well, the counseling is the solution for working through
relationship problems.
IV. The three simple ways that I have found to be very effective to solve the
relationship problems are by communication, listening and counseling. So, before
i proceed let me explain why we need communication, listening and counseling.
Body
Need:
I. So what is comunication, listening, counseling and why is it so important to our
relationships.
a. Happiness does not just happen, you have to make it happen.
b. Article² by Pesona Pengantin dated August 7, 2019 on the communication
found that lack of communication is a problem in relationships.
c. Communication and listening is a field for couples to express dissatisfaction or
problems that arise in the relationships and they can listening on the issue
together in an open minded.
II. Well, believe it or not, if we didn’t reach our communication and listening target,
we need to find the alternative likes counseling with the trusted person such as
our Counselor. Please, do not tell your relationships problems to your parents or

 friends because 99.0% of these issues only make your relationship worse when
they are more biased.³
Solution:
I. Well believe it or not, one of the best ways to solve the relationship problems are
by communication, listening and counseling.
a. If you are a part-time student, I believe you've also experienced relationships
problems where you desperately need help from a couple to manage your
family.
b. Nowdays , most husbands are very considerate in helping. Give the best
example for their descendants.
II. Another ways to solve our relationship problems are by;
a. Be honest about your current financial situation if the problems came from
the money issues.
b. Show appreciation , compliment each other, contact each other through the
day, and show interest in each other.
c. Give a little and get a lot. Apologize when you’re wrong or not.
III. The final steps is try it and watch they are something wonderful will happen.

Visualisation:
I. For example, I have dealt with some cases of relationships problem where the
problem arises from the wife having her own request and the failure of the
husband to manage the wife's feelings and eventually leading to both parents
and causing more problems where the parents favor their own children even
though they are guilty and not a mediator of problem solving. And finally, bigger
problems arise.

Action:
I. As a conclusion, we begin with the two-way communication separately, and then
listen to both the issues and resolve the issues face-to-face.
a. By providing a second communication space they will have little impact on the
problem.
b. Control the situation when they talk to each other where this is the real issue.
c. Counseling services are provided to them by providing explanations, make
both looking on each other, and give the solutions to their problems.
II. Always remember, don't be ashamed to apologize even if you are innocent. And
do not ignore your couple in any case.
