Column size and reinforcement not reduced as per Ground floor super structure drawing in main building.

Chain of Events:

1. Column size reduction in Substructure to Superstructure has identified and the RFI CVL-RFI-STR-012 Rev
0 has been submitted to consultant on 21/01/2016. Refer the attached RFI.

2. Work Inspection Request (WIR) 70-SGN-WIR-019 to 70-SGN-WIR-024 was raised by Project team,
after verbal discussion with consultant and approval of WIR, CMC proceeded with casting. Refer the
attached WIR

3. Reply of RFI 70-CVL-RFI-STR-012 Rev 0 has been received by CMC on 22/02/2016 with reinforcement
detail.

Proposed Corrective Action :

M/S Hilti proposed the Chemical anchorage reinforcement installation system along with load calculation,
detailed drawing and the design confirmation letter which will be submitted for Consultant review and
approval.

1. Design Proposal by HILTI will be strictly followed during the rectification works.
2. M/S Hilti approved applicator will be used for this work. The PQD will be submitted for Consultant
review and approval.
3. Method statement and MSDS will be submitted to consultant for review and approval and the same will
be strictly adhered during the Execution stage.
4. All related works will be carried out under supervision of Hilti personnel by an approved applicator.
