Due to CoronaVirus issue, this is to inform you that the Conference will be on the
same date at the same venue.
There will be no change in the Conference schedule.
Kindly confirm us that you will attend the conference on Mar. 19-21 2020 so
that all necessary arrangements can be done.
After your confirmation, we will issue the Program for the Conference.
Note - If you are not registered for the conference, Kindly confirm us when will
you send us your final documents.
Registration deadline - March 5, 2020

Although all the arrangements of the conference are finalized.

But, Yesterday i.e. Feb 27, 2020, Japanese government has decided to call for all
elementary, junior high and high schools in the nation to close from Monday because
of coronavirus

And more, Japanese government asked organizers of big sport and cultural events
scheduled for the next two weeks to consider canceling or postponing them

National museums in Tokyo, Nara, Kyoto and Fukuoka prefectures will be closed
from Thursday to March 15 or 16.
So, the situation in Japan has become very bad as there is a surge of cases of
Coronavirus all of sudden. So, the conference committee with sad mind needs to
shift the conference to New dates Oct 7-9, 2020.
