Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s):

Although our school year ended in an unconventional manner, we are still very excited about our
scholars being promoted. We are proud of our scholars' perseverance and fortitude during this time of
remote learning and look forward to celebrating them in a fun yet safe manner this year!

Eno Valley is conducting two ceremonies - one ceremony will be virtually and the other ceremony will be
held on campus as a promotion parade. Scholars and their families will enter the parking lot as if it were a
regular morning drop off and receive their certificate from a pick - up table. There will also be an area
available for scholars and their families to take pictures after receiving their certificate. Listed below are
the details regarding promotion:

Pre - K Kindergarten 5th Grade

Date June 10th June 10th June 11th

Time 9:00 a.m. 11:30 a.m. 10:00 a.m.

Logistics Please enter the school as you normally would for drop - off or pick up and proceed
through the circle to pick up certificates and small gifts, receive well wishes from
teachers and other staff members and pull up to a separate area to take pictures if
desired. There will be signage posted as well.

Additional ● Please remember to stay in cars unless taking pictures.

Information ● We are asking that scholars dress up for the event if they can.
● The virtual presentation will be posted following the parade.
● If your scholar does not have a photo consent on file, they WILL NOT be
pictured in the virtual ceremony that is posted. A separate presentation will
be created and sent to the individual parent/guardian.
● Any items left at school will be provided to scholars during the parade.
