Step 1:
a. Find a photo of a crime situation like this:
Step 2:
Prepare a script describing what is happening in the picture. Talk about:
• the place
• the people in the situation
• what the people are doing
• the people’s feelings
Example:
Sample script:
Hello. Look at this photo. This is a bad thing, isn’t it? This is
a photo of a robbery in a bank in Norway. There are lots of
people. I think this man in a red shirt is the thief. Here this
police officer is looking for the thief. He says, “Follow that
man! He has the missing money!” This woman is terrified. Is
the thief in prison now? We don’t know. I hope the judge is
responsible Thanks for watching! Bye!
Step 3:
Stand in front of the camera and record yourself in a video showing the picture (You can use
your cell phone.) and tell us about the crime situation.
Practice several times before recording the final version of your video.

Speak as clearly as possible.
Smile.
Be in a well-lit area.
Be confident.
Look at the camera when you speak.
Don’t just read.

Hello everyone, you can see this photo. It is right to arrest a thief, isn't it? This
image happened in Lima, near the main square last year. There are three
people at the moment and they are very surprised by what happened. The
police found this thief attacking his victim and went to rescue him. I suppose it
