The Prayer – ‫الص�ة‬

ْ َ ُ َّ
ُ�َ �
Allah is the greatest. ‫ا� أ‬

َ‫ح ْمدك‬َ َ َّ ُ َّ َ َ َ ْ ُ
Glory is to You O Allah, and praise. ِ ِ �‫سبحانك اللهم و‬
َ‫ا� َج ُّدك‬ َ َََ َ ُ ْ َ َ َََ
Blessed is Your Name and Exalted is Your Majesty. ‫و�بارك اسمك و�ع‬
َ‫�ك‬ُ ْ ‫َو َ� إ ٰ َ� َغ‬
There is none worthy of worship but You. ِ

َّ َ َّ ُ ْ ُ َ
َّ ‫الشيْ ٰطن‬
I seek Refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed. .‫جيْ ِم‬
ِ ‫الر‬ ِ ‫اعوذ بِا�ِ مِن‬
In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, َّ ‫ح َ�ٰن‬ ْ ‫الر‬
َّ ِ�‫ا‬ َّ ْ
Most Merciful.
.‫حي ِم‬
ِ ‫الر‬ ِ ‫�ِس ِم‬
َ.�‫ا� ْم ُد ِ َّ�ِ َر ّب الْ َعالَم‬ َ ْ
All praise is for Allah—Lord of all worlds ِ ِ
(Allah says: My slave has praised Me) (‫)ﲪﺪَ ِﱐ َﻋ ْﺒ ِﺪي‬ َِ
The Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.
(‫ ) �أﺛْ َﲎ �َ َ �ﲆ َﻋ ْﺒ ِﺪي‬.‫حي ِم‬ ْ ‫الر‬
َّ ‫ح َ�ٰن‬ َّ
(Allah says: My slave has mentioned ِ ‫الر‬ ِ
compliments of me)
Master of the Day of Judgment.
(‫ ) َﻣ ��ﺪَ ِﱐ َﻋ ْﺒ ِﺪي‬.‫ِين‬
�‫ا‬ّ ‫َمال ِِك يَ ْو ِم‬
(Allah says: My slave has glorified Me) ِ
We only worship You and only ask You for help . ُ.�ِ‫اك � َ ْس َتع‬ َ َّ‫اك َ� ْع ُب ُد �ي‬ َ َّ‫إي‬
(Allah says: This is between Me and My slave, and
ِ
My slave shall have what they asked for) (‫)ﻓَﻬَ ِﺬ ِﻩ ا�ٓﯾ َ ُﺔ ﺑَيْ ِﲏ َوﺑ َ ْ َﲔ َﻋ ْﺒ ِﺪي َو ِﻟ َﻌ ْﺒ ِﺪي َﻣﺎ َﺳآ� َل‬
Guide us along the Straight Path, َ.‫ال� َاط ال ْ ُم ْس َتقِيم‬ َ ِ ّ ‫اه ِدنَا‬ ْ
The Path of those You have blessed—not those ْ�‫ت َعلَيْه ْم َغ‬ َ ‫ِين َ��ْ َع ْم‬ َ �‫� َاط َّا‬ َ ِ
ِ ِ
You are displeased with, or those who are astray.
َّ َ َ ْ ْ َ َ
َ.�ِ ّ‫الضال‬ ُ ْ َْ
(Allah says: This is for My slave, and My slave shall �‫وب علي ِهم و‬ ِ ‫المغض‬
have what he asked for) (‫)ﻓَﻬَ ُﺆ َﻻ ِء ِﻟ َﻌ ْﺒ ِﺪي َو ِﻟ َﻌ ْﺒ ِﺪي َﻣﺎ َﺳأ� َل‬
In the Name of Allah—the Most Compassionate, َّ ‫ح َ�ٰن‬ ْ ‫الر‬
َّ ِ�‫ا‬ َّ ْ
Most Merciful.
.‫حي ِم‬ِ ‫الر‬ ِ ‫�ِس ِم‬
Say, He is Allah—One and Indivisible. ٌ.‫ا� أَ َحد‬ ُ َّ ‫قُ ْل ُه َو‬

Allah—the Eternal Sustainer. .‫الص َم ُد‬َّ �‫ا‬ ُ َّ

َ ُ ََْ ْ َ َْ
ْ.�‫و‬
He has never had offspring, nor was He born. ‫لم ي ِ� ولم ي‬
And there is none comparable to Him. ٌ.‫�ن َّ ُ� ُك ُف ًوا أَ َحد‬ ُ َ ََْ
‫ولم ي‬

ْ َ ُ َّ
ُ�َ �
Allah is the greatest. ‫ا� أ‬

ْ‫� الْ َع ِظي ِم‬

َ ّ ‫ان َر‬ َ َ ْ ُ
‫سبح‬
Glory be to my Lord, the Almighty.
ِ
ْ‫� الْ َع ِظي ِم‬َ ّ ‫ان َر‬ َ َ ْ ُ
‫سبح‬
Glory be to my Lord, the Almighty.
ِ
ْ‫� الْ َع ِظي ِم‬ َ ّ ‫ان َر‬ َ َ ْ ُ
‫سبح‬
Glory be to my Lord, the Almighty.
ِ
َ ُ َّ ‫َس ِم َع‬
God hears the one who praises Him. ‫ا� ل َِم ْن � َِده‬
Oh our Lord, all praise is to You. َْ ‫ك‬
ُ‫ا� ْمد‬ َ َ َ َّ َ
‫ر�نـا ل‬

ُ�َ �
Allah is the greatest. ‫ا� أ‬

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High. � �‫سبحان ر ِ� ا‬

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High. � �‫سبحان ر ِ� ا‬

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High. � �‫سبحان ر ِ� ا‬

Recite between the 2 sajdahs

My Master, Forgive me. My Master, Forgive me. �ِ ‫ب اغفِر‬
ِ ‫ب اغفِر ِ� ر‬
ِ ‫ر‬

Allah is the greatest. ‫ا� أ‬
َْ َ َّ َ َ َ ْ ُ
Glory be to my Lord, the Most High. � �‫سبحان ر ِ� ا‬

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High. � �‫سبحان ر ِ� ا‬
َْ َ َّ َ َ َ ْ ُ
Glory be to my Lord, the Most High. � �‫سبحان ر ِ� ا‬

Allah is the greatest. ‫ا� أ‬

ُ‫الط ّي َبات‬ ُ ‫الصلَ َو‬

َّ ‫ات َو‬ َّ ‫ات ِ َّ�ِ َو‬ُ ‫ا�ح َّي‬
ِ َّ
All the compliments are for Allah and all the
prayers and all the good things (are for Allah). ِ
ُ َ ْ َ َ ُّ َّ َ ُّ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ َّ
Peace be on you, O Prophet, and Allah's mercy ‫الس�م عليك ��ها ا� ِ� ور�ة‬
and blessings (are on you). ُ‫ا�ِ َو َ� َر َ�تُه‬ َّ
َّ َ َ َ َ َ ْ َ َ ُ َ َّ
And peace be on us and on the pious ِ�‫الس�م علينا و� عِبا ِد ا‬
worshipers of Allah. َ �‫ا‬
�ِ ِ ‫الص‬َّ
َّ َ ُ َ ْ َ َ ُ َّ َّ َ َ َ ْ َ ُ َ ْ َ
I testify that none has the right to be
‫أشهد أن � إِ� إِ� ا� وأشهد أن‬
worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is ُ ُ َ َ ُ ُ ْ َ ً َّ َ ُ
ُ�‫و‬
His slave and Messenger. ‫�مدا �بده ورس‬
 َّ َُ َ َ َّ َّ َ ُ َ َ ّ َ َّ ُ َّ َ
‫اللهم ص ِل � �م ٍد و� آ ِل �م ٍد‬
O Allah, exalt the mention of Muhammad and
َ َ َ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ َ ْ َّ َ َ َ
the family of Muhammad as you exalted the ‫كمـا صليت � ا ِبراهِيم و� آ ِل‬
family of Ibrahim. You are Praised and Glorious.
ٌ.‫ك َ�ِيْ ٌد َّ�يْد‬ َ َّ َ ْ َ ْ
‫ا ِبراهِيم ا ِن‬
ِ
َ َ َّ َّ َ ُ َ َ ْ َ َّ ُ َّ َ
‫اللهم بـارِك � �م ٍد و� آ ِل‬
O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of
َ‫� ا ِب ْ َراهِيْم‬ َ َ َ ْ َ َ َ َ َ َّ َ ُ
Muhammad as You blessed the family of ‫�م ٍد كمـا بـار�ت‬
Ibrahim. You are Praised and Glorious."'
ٌ.‫ك َ�ِيْ ٌد َّ�يْد‬ َ َّ َ ْ َ ْ ََ َ
ِ ‫و� آ ِل ا ِبراهِيم ا ِن‬
Recite one of the following duas. Dua #1
ً‫ت َ� ْف ِ� ُظلْ ًما َكثِ�ا‬ ُ ‫الل ُه َّم إ ّ� َظلَ ْم‬
َّ
O Allah, verily I have wronged myself much and ِِ
َ‫� َ�نْت‬ َّ َ ُ ُّ ُ ْ َ َ َ
ِ ‫و� �غفِر ا�نوب إ‬
there is None who forgives sins except You.

َ‫اغف ْر � َم ْغف َرةً م ِْن عِنْدك‬ ْ َ

ِ ِ ِ ِ ‫ف‬
Grant me forgiveness from You and have
mercy on me for You are the Oft-Forgiving, Most
ُ‫حيم‬ َّ ُ ُ َ ْ َ ْ َ َ َّ ْ َ ْ َ
Merciful. ِ ‫وار� ِ� إِنك �نت الغفور الر‬
Dua #2

َ َ َّ َ ُ ْ َ ْ ّ َ
My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and ِ
‫ب اجعل ِ� م ِقيم الص�ة ومِن‬ ِ ‫ر‬
ُ ْ ََ ُ
from my descendants as well.
.ِ‫ذ ّرِ َّ� ِ� ۚ َر َّ� َنا َو�ق َّبل د َ�ء‬
Our Lord! Accept my prayers. Our Lord, forgive َ�ِ‫ا� َّي َول ِلْ ُم ْؤ ِمن‬ ْ َ َّ َ
َ ِ ‫اغفِ ْر � َول َِو‬ ‫ر�نا‬
ِ
me, my parents, and the believers on the Day of
ُ.‫ا� َِساب‬ ْ ُ َُ ََْ
Reckoning. ‫يوم �قوم‬

َّ ُ َ ْ َ ُ ْ َ َ ُ َّ
May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon you. �‫�ة ا‬ ‫الس�م علي�م ور‬
َّ ُ َ ْ َ ُ ْ َ َ ُ َّ
May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon you. �‫الس�م علي�م ور�ة ا‬
