NOTICE OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, BELLA MAY TULO, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of Tanauan,
Leyte, after being first sworn according to law, hereby declare: THAT---

1. I have a legitimate claim adverse to the purported registered owner of TCT

No. T-64925, arising subsequent to the date of the original registration and for which no
provision other than Section 70 of PD 1529 may be invoked for registering the same,
affecting that certain real property covered by said TCT No. T-64925 in the name of
ANABELLE MACA SUHOT and LILIA MACA BAKA, entered at Tacloban City on 13
May 2020 at 9:30 am, and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 4036 of the Cadastral Survey of Tanauan) with the
improvements thereon, situated in the Barrio of Sacme, Municipality of
Tanauan, bounded on the NE, SW and SW, by Lot No. 4035; and on the
NW, by the Binahaan River x x x containing an area of NINETEEN
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY SEVEN (19,447)
SQUARE METERS more or less.”

2. That my adverse claim consists of certain rights and interests in and to the
above-described property, which are set forth more specifically as follows:

2.1. The said title was fraudulently secured by Anabelle Suhot; and
2.2. There is a pending Civil Action between Anabelle Maca Suhot (representing
heirs of deceased Pablo Maca) vs. Bella May Tulo, et al. for Declaration of Nullity of
TCT No. 64 (involving Lot 4036) and TCT No. 63 (involving Lot 4066) both in the name
of Bella May Tulo before RTC Br. 9 and docketed as Civil Case No. 2005-10-105.

3. My residence and postal address is at 888 Real Street, Tanauan, Leyte, to

which all notices directed to me may be served.

WHEREFORE, I hereby petition to the Register of Deeds to register my above

adverse claim in the manner provided by law, and forthwith to demand the immediate
surrender of the owner’s duplicate of the aforementioned certificate of title pursuant to
Section 72 of Act 496.
