TITLE: PANABO CDRRM ACCIDENT REPORTING AND NOTIFICATION APP

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

Accidents are prone nowadays. A lot of people get involved in it every day. One of main

reason of dying in an accident is delay of reporting the accident which led to late response of

the responders. This application promotes fast and accurate reporting of incidents inside

Panabo area.

OBJECTIVES:

The main objectives of this project is to develop functional mobile application base to help

the residence and emergency responders to communicate better in reporting accidents and

emergency immediately.

 Log in using Facebook or Gmail account

 Report the accident or emergency

 Immediately notify the response team

 Can locate where the specific emergency is

 The response team can know the reporter

 The user can identify the responders

  Can locate the responder’s exact location and estimated time

SCOPE AND LIMITATION:

 People who only have access to the internet in Panabo area

 This application is useable only within Panabo area

 User cannot request police or fire department for assistant

TITLE: CITY HEALTH OFFICE MEDICAL RECORDS SYSTEM WITH MOBILE APPLICATION

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

City health office medical records system with mobile application is an innovative

software that integrates data to help the Doctors or nurses to track their patient’s medical

records within the area of Panabo City.

Background of the study

GSO Withdrawal Transaction and Inventory System integrates the GSO supplies to help

them have accurate track of their transaction and have easier inventory process.
