Life expectancy has risen significantly in recent decades. While increasing longevity is welcome,
living longer also has its drawbacks. Write an article discussing this situation.

TAREA 2. COPRODUCCIÓN DE TEXTOS ESCRITOS

You are going to do a 5-week course in central London with two other friends. You are planning
your stay and looking for accommodation. You have just read this ad on a home exchange website
and would like to hire the house for the three of you. Write an email to the owners.
In your email include, at least, two of the following points:
• What you like about the flat
• What you dislike about the flat/advert
• Politely suggest a new price
• Any other questions you may have

1-bedroom flat in Chelsea, sleeps 3. £1250 per week

✓ Our flat is in the best part of London, 2 minutes from Kings Road, which is
excellent for mid-priced shopping.
✓ We're 10 minutes' walk from both Sloane Square and South Kensington
underground stations, so it's very easy to get around the city from our flat.
✓ We have a tiny patio with some plants I would like you to water for me.
✓ You may hear some noise, especially at night, since the area is quite lively.
✓ There’s no heating unit in the bathroom, sorry!
