AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFEREE

         I, , of legal age, Filipino, married to Maria Erna A. Palomar and a
resident of Barangay Sambag, Jaro, Iloilo City, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am the VENDEE of a parcel of land located at Barangay

Tiring, Cabatuan, Iloilo with Cad. Lot No. 115 Cab Cad with Tax
Decl. No. 0046 a with an Area of 0.5524 ha. ;

2. That I acquired the said parcel of land from the Province of Iloilo
thru the Sale of Delinquent Real Property  as evidenced by
Certificate of Sale of Delinquent Real Property to Purchase dated 9
December 2016 issued by the Municipal Treasurer Jean Maire G.
Umadhay;

3.  That this affidavit is being executed to show proof that my

total aggregate landholding inclusive of the land subject of the
above-mentioned transaction does not exceed five (5) hectares;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal intents and purposes that it
may legally serve;
