1. What is the primary function of your business?


The primary function of Hologram Technology is to resolve the
problem for education as it would make the 3D diagrams a hologram
which would be really easy to understand as its impossible to make a
perfect 3d diagram and to imagine it, we can also rotate the hologram
and make it simple for students to understand 3D diagrams. It can be
used for medical purposes to understand organs and also for military
mapping.

2. What factors give you competitive advantages or disadvantages?


A. Advantages :

1. Not popular and less people know about it.

1. It has a really high storage capacity as it
displays high-resolution three-dimensional
recording of an object from a limited
perspective.

A hologram is a three-dimensional image generated using photographic
projection. It is truly 3D and free-standing image which does not simulate
spatial depth also it does not require special glasses to view. Holograms can
be used for Military mapping, to store information, medical purposes, fraud
and security, and Art.

Positioning

I. What is unique about your product and service?


My product is unique as it can store a huge amount of data. It has haptic
functioning, unlike other hologram technologies. It offers the creation of
multiple images on a single plate including three-dimensional images. It
does not require the aid of special glasses or other intermediate optics.

II. What customer needs does your product fulfill?


My product displays three-dimensional images that help in scientific
visualization which in turn helps in education, it helps in medical imagining,
military mapping, etc. My product basically helps a person to improve
his/her imagination by inspecting a hologram.

III. How do you want people to view your products or services?


I want people to view my product as the future technology. I want people to
recognize it as efficient, useful, not that expensive, and the inclusion of
telepresence technology. I want people to view my product as the new and
cool techno.

IV. How do competitors position themselves?


My competitors position themselves as “the future technology”.This
technology does not face a lot of competition in the market as other
hologram technologies are really expensive and not that developed. This
technology is different and unique in its own aspects.

Goals
I. Short term goals (1 year)-
A. My short term goals for my company are:
1. Make my name out there
I hope my company has 2-3 schools, colleges and
hospitals as our clients. My business benefits a lot of
education, medical, art beneficiaries. So I do expect a
high growth rate for this business.

2. Have 100-200 employees


I’m hoping that my company can have 100-200
employees as my business is related to business
technology so I expect that I have a good amount of
employees helping in transforming my business and
updating my technology.

3. Make a profit
a. I’m hoping that the company can make a good amount of
profit in the first year. We hopefully can make a profit
because of the large number of employees working in our
company and the clients paying us. Also, the technology
is new and expensive so I expect more sales.

II. Medium-term goals (2-4 years)


A. My medium-term goals for my company are:
1. Have approximately 10-15 big consistent clients
a. I hope that after 2-4 years I have 10-15 big consistent
clients from hospitals, schools, and colleges. I also would
like to sell more products and services to existing
customers and build and nurture customer relationships
so that they can recommend my name ahead in business.

2. Expand my business in other cities:


a. I am hoping that my business expands to cities nearby
and I start establishing offices in those cities so that I
could target new customer markets I would also like to
pay more attention to making sales and marketing a
priority.

3. Attract and retain talented employees:


a. I am hoping to expand my business size by hiring more
employees who are well educated and talented.
According to me a business grows by teamwork and
hardship. I would like to expand the size of my company
and retain high caliber employees because business is no
one-man game, for a business to grow and prosper a good
team is required and with a good team comes more
unique and good ideas for the business.

III. Long-Term goals (5 years +)


A. My Long term goals for my company are :
1. Increasing sales
a. I am hoping that my business increase sales and attract
more clients. I would like to target my revenue goal and
exceed it. For a business to grow and succeed a good
number of clients are required. I would like to set yearly
targets and for my company sales and accomplish them.

2. Brand recognition and creating a good reputation:


a. Creating a reputable and popular brand isn’t something
that happens overnight, it’s an ongoing process. To create
a popular brand name it is important for my company to
acquire new customers and keeping current ones. I would
also like to have a strong presence on social media and
participating in community activities and events and
having a company logo that stands out.

3. Expand into new opportunities:


a. I was hoping that my business expands in other cities and
countries. Investing in other businesses would likely
grow my business and expand more.

3. Updating technology and security:


a. For Business technology, it is really important to update
technology and make it more efficient and better. To
compete in today’s business world it’s really important to
keep up with technology in order to get the most out of
technology I have, to keep abreast of emerging new
technology, and to include information that will help me
make the right buying decision. It’s also really important
to make a secure system as hacking is prominent.
Criminals can hack into company systems and exploit the
system.
